Horrible website

I had separate Verizon residential and wireless accounts.  The wireless customer service was so bad that I finally got new service.  Unfortunately, I can no longer login to Verizon residential account.  No matter what Verizon website I try and access, it directs me to the wireless account which I no longer am responsible for.

This is happening on both Safari and Chrome.  I've even tried logging in through 'upgrade residential services' options...any ideas?

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies in your browsers?
