On both the Fios app and the online portal http://www.verizon.com under residential you login to your account. Then go to billing, there you can view up to 18 months of previous invoices. They can be printed or downloaded (.pdf format) 

the app has the same ability, as does the Verizon Wireless portal to look at wireless invoices.

Please note if you call for back invoices on the phone there may be a fee accessed.
