I am facing a problem i am not able to reach customer care to deactivate my FIOS accounti moved from USa from urgent basis and on last day when i visited to FIOS office agent told me you have to deactiate using a call but i took a device to hand over to them to de activate my services.
but i had to catch a flight and i gave the device to my frient and catch the flight. now i chatted to custoer care and they are unable to close my account they said i have to call customer care and from india i am not able to reach customer care and when ever i get chance to connect it charge me a lot due to ISD calling. i am surprised there is no mail communication between fios cusomer and fios? help me to deactivate my account as i am getting billed for everyty month
You can cancel Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (ET) by calling 1-844-837-2262. You'll need to provide your account number to cancel Fios, so have that handy when you call.
He is in INDIA so calling toll free is not going to do it.
