How to get ultimate employee free tv reinstated

Last month I called Verizon to activate my voice mail, some how my ultimate employee free tv and multi-room DVR enhanced service discounts was taken off my account.  I can't get any help from Verizon, they say go on line, but I can't find how to reinstate my discounts.  I need help before my next payment is due.  I can't afford the payments without the discounts.  These discounts do not expire.
