2yr tripplay was gonna end 1/7/2015, so i got a "deal" for 2more yrs at same level of service for slightly more per month, and on my verizon/my services page i can plainly see new 2017 exp date for my deal.....but i get a notification that bundle has now expired, lock in a new rate today, renew now?! also clicking on "see my agreement" only brings up thin empty grey box. anyone else had nagging notification under same circs, and if so, how long til verizon catches error message and removes this false notification??? thanks
i still get this nagging notification every time i go to "my verizon" page,.......
Important Alert
Your current service agreement has now expired. Lock in a new rate today!
Renew Now
but i renewed jan 5, 2015......please can't someone there help?
I renewed my agreement in April 2014 and still get the your agreement has expired renew now warning everytime I log in. Maybe I should cancel and say I don't owe any ETF because you say my agreement has expired. Just another example of Verizon incompetence.
i think i'll try the facebook fios route....not by clicking support on the facebook fios page and getting sent back to verizon.com but by posting to facebook fios page directly....reading some of the other posts there have me fooled into thinking that someone at verizon really might care .....
