Every month I am billed for long distance calls to Canada that should be included in my Verizon Freedom Essentials Plan. Every month I must spend time with customer service disputing the charges and getting a credit. Every month an agent tells me this is fixed and will not happen again. But it does every month. Who do I have to contact to get this fixed? I am close to closing my account and finding other options for phone and internet because it is at least an hour every month to get the same thing resolved. How do I file a formal dispute to get this settled?

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please check your Private Messenger Inbox for a message from a Verizon Support agent. You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
