on July 31st, I paid my Verizon bill and then decided to make an extra device payment. Last month on a recorded line the CS told me I was able to do that.
The next day, I was notified by my card of the 1,029 charge. I went into panic mode. How will I make my mortgage, how will I buy groceries, all my medicine.
I called Customer service, they said no problem said it will be reversed in 3-7 days.
Today I was notified The BackEnd Team stated the payment couldn't be reversed.
Are you kidding me?? I paid my bill. I couldn't afford to pay off my device. Now I can't sleep, no food and no meds....I have MS and Epilepsy.
I really hope Verizon isn't this low. I need my housing, grocery and medicine money.
