I was banned from forums?

I had received an email to notify me of a new comment posted in a thread that I was

following. It seems that I opted out of ALL emails instead of just that thread notification

emails by accident..

Now, I've had to create another account with a different email address to get back in, but I'd like

to have my status reinstated for  my previous (regular) gmail account.

I've also noticed that since opting out, my profile indicates that my previous gmail address

is not verified now.

I was on the phone with tech support, online chat and in-home agent and was told that they

didn't know how to resolve this. Please advise and thank you in advance. I also sent a private

message to a moderator on FiOS Internet forum who seemed to be fixing these issues as others

had posted, but is now a locked thread.

KaLin is the moderator that seems to know how to solve/fix this and I've sent a private message.

If anyone else knows how to get regular email address re-verified, please advise.

Words can't describe how wonderful it is to have that fixed, especially after hours of phone

calls, live chat and emails to customer and tech support and being told that nothing can be done.

You found out how and got it resolved and I'm so greatful!!!
