Incorrect order status

I submitted an order to return my SD set top box because it's no longer needed.  As expected, the confirmation response from Verizon is incorrect.  This is response I received:

We have received your request to turn up DVR Service on your existing Set Top Box(es). The service will be available within 24 hours or less of your Due Date. Very soon you will be able to record all of your favorite movies and TV shows!

Trying to contact anyone at Verizon to make sure the order is correct seems to be impossible.  Anyone have any contact info they can share?  Thanks.
