How do I figure out if my technician is still coming?, they were supposed to be here between 12 and 5 and it's nearly 6, I have been on hold with verizon for an hour and a half waiting to speak to an agent and this is getting ridiculous.......I've never had service this horrible in my life and it hasn't even been installed yet
