Internet service terminated by accident. Please restore!

I submitted a move order last night for a date in January. As soon as I submitted it, my internet service at my current address was terminated, which was not the intent. I've spent most of the morning in chats and waiting on hold only to be transferred to the Concern Department where my call got dropped. Please contact me directly to resolve this.
