Invalid returned fee charge

I’m so very upset right now. I was chatting with a Verizon rep for over an hour and got nowhere. I ended up asking for the manager’s name that was supposedly helping him at the end (CJ, the Verizon chat rep) and he just completely ignored me and ending the chat. I got an invalid $30 returned fee charge and I am wanting a credit for that. Someone needs to reach out to me because I am very very disappointed and I am not a happy customer right now.
