Like most of the others... Signed up for fios home gigabit internet under the assumption that after x number of days I would be provided a $200 gift card. I even had a tile when logging into the site/apps that said it would be available on 01/20/2022. Now that date has come around and the the tile is no longer there. Chat support is unable to resolve the issue although they did have me check on multiple devices in multiple browsers. They imply only a telephone team can resolve this but that was not stated in the promotional terms. I'd like a call from the Verizon Office of the President team the next business day and to get this resolved before the end of the month. Here's the screenshot from my mobile device indicating I was due for the promotion:https://ibb.co/pRSY2S1 What I've gone through was not part of the terms and conditions to obtain the card and I will terminate my home internet and wireless service as well as advise my organization, vendors, colleagues and family to terminate their services with Verizon as well if this is not resolved in a timely manner.
