Every bill since January 2016 specified a due date but then stated that there was a grace period of a week a so before late fees were applied.  This month's bill also had a due date but nothing was stated about a grace period or a late fee.  Does that mean that Verizon has dropped the late fee, or does it mean that Verizon is now applying the late fee immediately after the due date, with no grace period?
