I am getting divorced.  My husband moved out and I simply wanted to get my current service with your company in my name.  After nearly 10 hours and 15 different operators...this change over did not get done.  I give your customer service an F.  Got too many different answers with no resolution.  You are suppose to be providing a service and making my life easier.  I finally resolved the issue.  I cancelled everything with you except cell service (and that I will cancel too when my contract is up)  Verizon needs to get its act together!  The way I look at it...I have done you a favor by leaving to go with a competitor...apparently, you have more customers than you can handle.  I will not be recommending you to anyone.
