MY HOUSE WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED BY A FIRE - FIOS WON'T WAIVE ETF FEE

They waived the the equipment charges but not ETF fee. Can anyone help who may have had same issue. I lost everything and now they want me to pay a ETF fee for $125. I'm homeless right now and don't have anything!

Your home owners insurance covers such incidents after your deductible is met.

same for renters insurance.

you could contact your state’s public service commission or department of financial security. Or even your state’s Attorney general’s office.
