Hello -- when I log into the primary account associated with my DSL Internet, I can no longer view the sub accounts. What's funky is that I can log into each subaccount, but I don't appear to have any means to manage them.
If someone at Verizon could comment on this, that would be great. You don't seem to offer much in the way of support for your DSL service anymore, hence my post here.
