Multi-Room DVR package for 5 rooms ... Increased?

I was looking at my bill and noticed that from Nov. 2013 to Dec. 2013 the Multi-room DVR package charge increased from $46.99 to $50.99. Is this normal or should i call the billing department?

Look at previous months billings, and see if there is a price increase notice. I believe New York was supposed to increase because they were paying less than the rest of the country. If you went paperless, then look at your PDF bills. They may have snuck it in on one of those bill stuffers that will not show up on the PDF. But yes it is normal, and I had heard that the rates were increasing. See subjects on dslreports.com
