I just renewed my contract for 2 years and was told that I would pay exactly the same amount even if I added Quantum speed to my package as I was signing up for the Double up discount as I have a wireless plan through verizon as well....and I quote...."you will stay at $126 (tax and all) because the higher internet speed is $10 a month more but you are going to get the double up discount so it even the bill back down to the $126"".  My last 2 bills have gone up $7 and $8 respectively.  I want to know why I was so mis quoted on the bill???
