MyVerizon Single Sign-On Help

So like everyone else with verizon wireless and verizon residential, I have two different logins.  I have been looking all over and cannot find the single sign-on tool anyhere.  Could someone point me to where it is located exactly so that I can set it up.  I found a FAQ that says it is located under internet tools on the main page but I do not see anything.  Under my vzw profile it shows single sign-on: not linked, but doesn't give me an option to establish a link...

We apologize for the confusion.  At this time, it is not possible to link your My Verizon Residential with your My Verizon Wireless Acount.  Our Verizon and Verizon Wireless IT teams are working to bring you that functionality in the future. Please share with us the url where the FAQ is located and we will ask the appropriate contact to update the messaging

This is ridiculous. I can't get one-bill set up and I can't do single sign-on either?

OK, tried to set this up today.   Has this ever been remedied?  I tried to do this today, had the same problem with finding the elusive "single sign on tool" and found this thread.  Two years later and just wondering if you can do this.   Web site indicates you can?  Thanks!

Here we are Sept 2013 and there is still no single sign on feature. There used to be a long time ago. Don't know where it went.  Verizon, get on the ball.

May 2014 and you still can't do this? And the FAQ still says you can?

Implementing this feature is not brain surgery.  There are many inexpensive portal products available that do this out of the box. I've seen this kind of silliness in other companies where thay have a NIH (Not Invented Here) attitude towards software, wants to build it themselves, and its way down in priority on the applications development backlog list.  Never mind that the its viewed by customers as having high value.
