Never received $50 amazon gift card

I called today after spending the last 5 months contacting CS about this and they kept telling me to wait a little longer... Finally they gave me a number to call, the lost and stolen card dept.  Well, I called today and they said they would email it to me.  That was 7 hours ago and nothing.  I believe this is just a HUGE scam they have going to get people to sign up.  They figure if they push it out far enough you'll forget ALL about it.  I am going to start looking for an honest provider as this is too ridiculous and I am fed up.
