New Account Number - Bill Paid to Old Account Number

Hello,
I tried calling about this issue but the wait time was insane...
My account is showing as past due but I did make a payment on 12/15/14. I am going to assume that this is because my account number was changed and my auto payment from my bank went through before I was able to enter the new account number.
Can someone contact me or redirect my payment and correct my billing status?
