New Order Using Refer a Friend Code


Just ordered new FiOS triple play package online using a refer a friend code.  Service installation still a few days away.  My account contains information on other pending promotions associated with the order (Amazon Prime, Echo) but contains no information regarding the refer a friend promotion.  How can I tell if this promotion was applied to my account and when the debit cards will become available to me and my friend?
