Looking for the info on how to do that Switch thing with the cancellation fees from other providers.

You will see the deal towards the middle. However it must be done via online and there are other gotchas. The payoff is made as a $10 credit off your invoice each month.

and the higher amounts are only for bundled services. One is $500 and the other $150 with a combination amount of $650. 

Lots of hoop jumping so read the qualifications carefully.
