I have a business fios account. Until a few months ago, I was able to manage it at business.verizon.com. Now I can no longer logon, it flashes back and forth between ssoauth.verizon.com and business.verizon.com every second. Impossible to logon.
I discovered I can logon to residential at www.verizon.com, even though it's not a residential account, and of course a lot of stuff is missing.
Changing my password had no effect, and I've tried multiple browsers and even multiple computers. The problem is definately on Verizon's side.

This happens on this site occasionally. You must clear cache and all cookies. Turn your device off then back on. You then use your login name and password to regain access.
No, I did all that. I even tried a different network and an entirely different computer. It has been broken for many months now. Luckily my bill is on auto-pay or I would have a problem.
