I had to terminate my Fios subscription recently, and I need to return the rented Fios FIOS Set Top HD DVR Box. On MyVerizon, there is supposed to be a package label for returning the router to a UPS store, but I'm getting an error message:

I called the number listed, and was told to bring the router to a Fios store. Unfortunately, all the Fios stores in my area are closed due to coronavirus. How can I go about getting a UPS label?
