Similiar situation here and I am only a customer for 2 weeks now! Salesman came and sold me and 3 neighbors a triple play package. I was happy to swithc as I was going to be saving $30 a month so I told him to write up the order. He whipped out his lg tablet and proceeded to type up my order and included a discount of $10 a month off my fios bill using a promotion he stated he could only offer to 1 in every 10 customers he sells to. I gladly accepted. he then stated I would reieve the order including details to my email and I was intructed to confirm the order and appt. We waited 45 minutes and the email never came so he left as I had to pick up my son from football. The email finally came later that evening but the $10 discount wasnt applied! I called and he stated it would show up when my first bill was generated. Suprise suprise...the bill came and still no discount! I have called him several times and he has been very responsive but the code he gave me to provide to the verizon customer service person on speaker phone still did not work, and they state the code is not valid. On top of all of that i demanded to speak with a supervisor and she took down all the info and promised to get back in touch with me..lol! That still has not happened and its been 2 weeks.

The salesman also told me that I would get $20 off my wireless bill if I combined the 2 bills together. I was told to call vz wireless for that. they claim they cannot give me that promo. I ask to speak with a supervisor and i get a man in Ohio that is very understanding and promises to look into it and get back in touch with me. 2 weeks later and still nothing!! My 30 days trial period is almost up and I will surely be demanding they come and take all of their equipment out of my home as I will not tolerate such madness and misleading service.

There is a reason people pay cable rates and this is one of them.  The $30 i was suppose to be saving was ficticious and probably never existed but the salesman David, that came to my house and sold me this crap is probaly hoping he made the sale and  after all the aggrevation of swithing everything, I wont bother to cancel. Guess again David! Never seen such chaos!

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
