How do you put together the below?

From Verizon email:

"Your Payment Options You can save time and never worry about missing a payment. Sign up for a plan that best fits your needs at

Automatic Payments: Sign up for our Automatic Payment Option, Auto Pay at and your monthly bill will be paid from your credit card so that you are never late. Credit Cards are charged 12 days after the statement date (or the next business day following a weekend or holiday).

One-Time Payments: You can make a one-time payment using your credit card at Please schedule your payment at least 3-4 days prior to your bill due date to allow for processing and avoid late payment charges."

From on-line payment screen:

"Note: Only payments made by bank account can be scheduled. Card payments are made real-time and will be dated today."
