3 Jun 2018 tried to pay bill online, my defaulot checking info wasn't there, Why not?

As a note - Your chat service was totoally useless, very time wasting, really bad,

Sometimes the customer forgets to save the payment entry. You give it a name like BANK PMT, CREDT CARD etc. after it’s saved and used it stays on there for six months. If not used in those six months it falls off.

not a Verizon issue in this situation.
