Online login and set top boxes

Several months ago Verizon had me change my online access to accommodate changes they made to their site. Since then, my updated account does not recognize my set top boxes so I cannot use things like the remote dvr app. In addition I lost the ability to view things like Espn3 on my iPad. I would like to know how to resolve this.

I having the same problem. I had a App in my iPhone which used to allow me to access my DVR remotely with my iPhone. Recently the Verizon folks 'update' their App. Now, the new App no longer can communicate with my DVR. Today I tried to access the remote DVR utility in the MyVerizon website and could not. I see the message 'bad gateway'.
An help would be very much appreciated!!!
