Hello I just wanted to see if you guys could work with me on paying my bill. I will be making a partial payment today and if its alright will pay the remainder in 2 weeks.

These are peer to peer forums. Why aren't you calling them and telling them? Plus if you are late, you are late. They'll still charge you a late fee on your next bill.
