Pending Order

For the last month my online profile shows that I have a pending order and will not let me add or change services online.  As of last night I was finally able to get someone to show the order as completed on the order page (by adding a cablecard), but when I go to add/change services it still shows that I have a pending order and will not allow me to make changes.
