Promised discounts by Verizon Rep denied

Please read the entire chat session that lasted a total of 3 hours where I was promised the renewal of discounts by Eloisa- the Rep, and again by Reo....What an aggravating experience....No one at Verizon would step up and honor the promise....instead, I was told that the reps were out of line and I was mistaken despite the fact that EVERTHING is in writing to prove my point.....When did Verizon turn into a scamming enterprise??
