Question about equipment return.

    Hi, I have a question about equipment return. I had already cancelled all of Verizon service and also sent all of Verizon equipment by used Verizon return box. However, I got an e-mail from Verizon Notification and said This is to inform you that we have received some, but not all, of your equipment. To date the following item(s) have been received: Wireless Router SSXI3282701680 Qty -1  The following equipment has yet to be received. You must return the equipment undamaged to Verizon by July 03, 2014 or you will be charged as follows:

I’m so confused when I got this E-mail due to I had sent “all of return equipment.”
I’m 100% sure that I had packaged all of the Verizon equipments into return box and I do not know why you did not recive the equipments.

Could you please help me find out this problem? Thank you.
