Redeem Two $100 Gift Cards

I was told to call the rewards department because your website does not work, it will not allow me to redeem two $100 gift cards I am owed. I have been on hold for 45 mins. At best this is incompetency, at worse a malicious attempt to stop people from redeeming their sign up bonus, I mean look at the 100s of complaints holy crap
