Redeem gift card for FIOS

I received an email to redeem $50 Visa  prepaid gift card. I followed the instruction and clicked register a number of times using different browsers and computers. I always get a timed out error on vzrewards.verizon.com. Tried to resolve via chat but agent couldn't help.

Any assistance appreciated.
