Redeeming my $200 Visa prepaid gift card

Hello!  I received an email on 12/16/19 that it is time to redeem my Visa Prepaid Card from Verizon.  I have repeatedly followed the instructions provided but there is nowhere to "click on the reward card image" to redeem the card.  How do I redeem my gift card?  I have called MULTIPLE times and tried to get support through the chat but to no avail.

You would think by the number of people having this issue verizon would have fixed the web submission link but they didn’t. I would file a complaint with the attorney generals office in your state via google search.
