Whenever i go to the email that says "Oops, we're sorry...use this link" the button doesnt work...whenever i log into my Verizon account, it says to register my card by 12/8...i go to that page, and i get this...with nothing else.

I've called the number above several times to sit on hold for 30 minutes and never speak to a rep. Can someone please help me as i want to get the giftcard that was promised to me and i need to register by 12/8??
