As a loyal customer, I'm trying to renew my account online. I have received exclusive offers but I haven't been successful with using them. For example, when I am using the online system/format...I am seeing a $10 FiOS Quantum 24 Mo. Credit on my first month bill but it it not appearing on months 2-24. Thus, there is a discrepancy. I have contacted service via chat but my issue is still not resolved. In advance, many thanks for any assistance with this glitch (:
