Resolution! Reasonable Compromise!

Today I realize that if your complaints are directed to the correct person, something can and might be done. I logged a complaint about Verizon not standing by their word and giving me what they offered. The verizon corporate office contacted me within 24hours and my issues were resolved. We came to a reasonable compromise and I am looking forward to my experience with the company. Thank you Verizon, you showed me that you do care about your customers.

Hello, Sweeta.

Good for you.  I have a similar complaint about transparency and borderline unethical practices with Verizon FIOS.  After talking with four customer service representatives and one supervisor, I am questioning if Verizon is delibrately lacking transparency or if I simply have not reached the "correct person."   I just filed an informal complaint with the FCC, not so much for my case but to raise awareness of Verizon's questionable practices.  I'd encourage others to do the same.
