Have been with GTE/Verizon for over 20 years with phone and dsl in early days and Fios the minute I could get it here , Have referred multiple people and never recieved a fee for any of them , no I find out one of the people is getting a 40.00 loyalty discount every month for last year . So I call retention and tell them I want same or I am leaving !  Pretty much said good by. This is how you treat a 20+ year customer ? See ya time warner here I come

I have been having issues as well from me calling, the call gets dropped to them not calling me back, being put on hold for over 40 mins, to leaving messages for them to call me and they don't, to people who I talk to not even care that I have had such a hassel, never been told about the point system till today, not being able to access our account or have our phone number till yesterday and only upgrading due to the fact we moved and the service we had was offered at the new location and had to pay $80 for a poor quality then what we had so we did the triple package. When I have complained about leaving and all I want is them to throw in one DVR box they say they can't and do nothing to keep us when I have another company giving us a better deal with two dvr boxes and will buy us out of our contract.
