Returned cable card

Yet again I returned a cable card using Verizon's label. I am getting messages that I will still be charged for it. This is so frustrating. Especially since I knew the cable card wasn't the problem in the first place. When I type in the tracking info it shows it was delivered. How can I easily fix this.
