Returned equipment and Verizon claims they don't have it

Hi,

I had to move because I recieved military orders so I cancelled my Fios service.  I sent my eqiupment back and have a UPS tracking number that shows it was delivered, but my account page shows that it is still pending.  It has been a week since delivery.  I don't want to get charged and there is nowhere to chat or call a service representative.  How do I ensure that Verizon updates the account info?

This is terrible customer service when you can't even find a phone number to call for help.  Anyone have any recommendations?
