Hello,
Has anybody returned the Quantum Router and used your own equipment to save on rental fees? I was informed that once the item has been returned, it should take 2-3 billing cycles for the rental fees to be removed from billing. As of now, it's been at least over a year and a half and no changes ever since. Seems like Verizon will charge you regardless of the equipment you return. Seems like there's no real change management between returning the equipment at a Verizon Store versus shipping it back at one of their office locations.
That does not sound right. Do you have the return receipt? Once an item has returned, the rental charge should be waived immediately in the billing system.
Yes, I have a return receipt for the returned rental from the FIOS store.
