My reward does not work
Comments: on Friday 1/5/2019 I spent 90 minutes on the phone to have my $200 Samsung promo credit fixed. It was escalated to a  Customer Service Support supervisor. Currently it still says we have redeemed it. We haven't. I would like to purchase a samsung product before it expires at the end of this month. Please advise.
