Security Deposit Charged Twice With My Credit Card, Need My Refund
resendtext
Newbie

My roommate and I had the $80/mo up to 940mbps Internet plan last week and we're required to pay for the security deposit of $150.

The first time my roommate tried with her Visa card, and it said the order did not go through.  So I went back to the same payment page and tried with my own visa a second time.  However, both of our deposits are now posted in our credit card bills. We have been charged twice.

I've tried so many ways of seeking help from the support team and I called a hundred times but they didn't help. PLEASE HELP ME AND I NEED MY REFUND.

Hello resendtext,

Just a friendly reminder, this is a forum where users help other users. It looks like your issue may require a Verizon representative to review your account details. For billing inquiries, please call 1-800-VERIZON during normal business hours.

Easiest way is contact your credit card company and have them do a charge back for the person not getting or paying for the service. Verizon is then out of the equation.

your card issurer only needs your proof that what you speak is true. Get your money back call your card issurer now.
