I had FIOS installed in January and have paid all my bills on time. I am still waiting for my $300 card to arrive. I received a postcard in the mail almost a month ago that said my card was arriving within 15 days. It gave a link to track the status but the link is no good. It takes you nowhere. How do I get my card?
