I did a triple play to double play, because it did not make any sense to have a home phone anymore. My Triple Play bill arrived, and it did not have the DirecTV bill on it, which had me really concerned. I disconnected my triple play in the middle of June. And everyone knows it takes forever for Verizon to get you a shut off bill.
Well, I got my shut off bill, and was totally shocked at the amount. It does not have my DirecTV bill for the month prior, or this current month. I thought, this wasn't correct, but I paid the final bill.
I went to my DirecTV account, and was totally SHOCKED to find that THREE months have not been paid!!! Almost $400 not paid to DirecTV!!! I am so screwed. Verizon has not billed me almost 4 months of DirecTV bills, and this is totally insane! What are they going to do? Play catch up on my Double Play and bill me $391 for my DirecTV? Well I am not allowing this to happen! They will extend this bill out 4 months because of their stupidity, because there is no way in HELL that I am coming up with that much money!! What's really strange is...I've been PAYING my DirecTV bill every single month, via my Verizon bill, except for this final bill. So why is my DirecTV bill so far behind?
OK Verizon you've got some explaining to do!!!! What are you doing with my DirecTV money? Or are you billing me 2 or 3 months behind on DirecTV? I have heard Verizon use the excuse "We can only bill you when we get the bill from DirecTV, and we haven't gotten it yet", well that is getting old. You mean that DirecTV didn't get you THREE months of bills???!!!! I can hardly believe this!!!
ANYONE ELSE HAVE DIRECTV BUNDLED WITH VERIZON THAT HAVE HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM? PLEASE RESPOND TO MY THREAD PLEASE!!!!
