I too signed up for triple play on a 2 yr contract with a $ 300 visa promise in December 2012. Not only did I have to call every month for 3 months wondering where my gift card was before I finally received it but today I was told that I'm not locked into any contract and I am on a month to month basis. My bill went up $30 already. Now they want to lock me into a NEW 2 yr contract. Why did you give me the gift card in the first place?
