Hi. I have phone and internet service with Verizon. I just switched both to other carriers. I am trying to cancel my account. I called customer service and they told me that they both will cancel automatically. But she could not provide me with any cancellation number or anything. My on-line account still shows both as active. All I want is some confirmation that they BOTH have been cancelled. (My internet is still working, BTW. My phone is not).

I have. I tried chat and they told me I had to call. I called and they said that it "would be cancelled" but could not provide any confirmation number.
